By day, I work in the financial services industry, but by night I'm a moonlighting contractor, real-estate investor, and idea man who likes to think outside the box. I've currently got one duplex, but have owner-occupied flipped three houses so far (the last one I still live in...just refi'd for some extra cash). My goal is to have REI provide a nice chunk of my retirement income.
