Hey BP family my name is Keith I'm an Civil Construction Manager from Chicago illnois aswell as a Commercial/ Residential property investor. Just want to say that these our very tough times and my thoughts, and prayers goes out to all of you. Im very grateful to have found this forum any any everything i have needed I've found here, albeit directly or indirectly. I feel as humans we have an obligation to one another and if we focused on assisting each other in any ways we can, collectively we will all be better off. These days I only surround myself with positive people who encourage and help each other grow. Im primarily looking at buy and hold as well as brrrr properties near Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland area. Always looking to be in the company of professionals who share my passion for real estate.
