We previously also owned a 125 lot park located in Indiana. - I am a Limited Partner in a commercial property investment LLC based in Albuquerque, NM. Specializing in the Retail and Industrial/Office asset classes. - I am a Corporate Solutions Manager for NAI Mexico, a commercial real estate brokerage based in Tijuana, focused on commercial property transactions across Mexico and Latin America. Real Estate Goals: - I am currently in the market to owner-occupy a 4-8 unit multi-family property in San Diego County. - I am presently evaluating Mobile Home Parks (50+ lots) to add to our family's portfolio. Preferable location in the Southwest. - I am also evaluating Turnkey and Asset Management SFH and MFH opportunities in the Midwest and Southeast. - One of my primary goals on the commercial side is to assist U.S. based companies with total landed cost and site selection analysis for nearshoring operations in Mexico.
