From Indy but been living in San Diego for 10+ years. Just signed the paperwork for my first HELOC on the condo my wife, @Gilda Shadle own in San DIEGO!! Looking to put that $ to work investing in Multifamily rental properties in the Midwest (Indy, Memphis or wherever #'s make sense) to Build Wealth and keep on doing it;) Wholesalers in midwest or Indianapolis, Memphis hit me up:) Very new at this.
