Hello Everyone. I am excited to actually type something and actual get my feet wet and connect with other like minded investors. I reside in Auburn Washington now. I have 4 kids and 2 grandchildren and looking to create legacy wealth through rental properties. I have only done 2 deals so far and basically learned a lot of what to do and what not to do. I have been a bigger pockets member for awhile, Mainly just listening to podcast and getting a few books more audio vs. reading.
