I'm a (very) new investor, seeking great deals for the buy-and-hold strategy. I was suggested to Bigger Pockets by a dear friend whom he and I decided to start investing in real estate at the same time, but not together. He's for SFH, and I'm only interested in residential multi-family at this point. Currently, I'm looking to find a 4-plex in the Sacramento area that I can use for house hack.
