I have been married for 30 years with a daughter and 2 granddaughters. I am a technology entrepreneur in addition to a real estate investor. We built and sold two different software companies in Sept 2013 and in June 2016. We currently still own PropertyZar.com which is our Property Management software. Experience: I've purchased several residential properties, currently investing with a business partner in building several 2-4 units, townhomes and flipping properties. Real Estate Goals: Continue growth for PropertyZar.com as well as new investments in real estate. We are working with real estate developers as well as property managers with PropertyZar. Currently Seeking: We are continuing to build additional 4-plex units but I am also looking for other real estate investment opportunities as well.
