Experience: I began my passive real estate investing in late 2014. I've participated in deals as a private lender, fix & flipper, and fix & holder of SFR & duplexes. So far I've invested in PA, TX, FL. My next step is putting together multi-family apartment building syndicated investment deals. First market entry point is likely Florida. Real Estate Goals: Goals: 1. Create a passive cash flow portfolio of real estate investments that yields $100k/yr net cash flow within the next 2-4 yrs. 2. Accomplish at least 2 MF mid-size apt building syndicated deal purchases within next 6 months. Currently Seeking: Investors interested in participating in syndicated multi-family apartment deals in high job growth metro markets in Florida - Tampa/Sarasota, Jacksonville, Orlando.
