Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, and moved to London with an honours bachelor of Computer Science degree from Algoma University / Laurentian University. After working for Cisco Systems Inc. for a few years, I moved to ERTH Corp., as the lead software QA. I've been building the real estate empire in the evenings and weekends, and working part-time toward a Masters degree in Information Systems (95% done!). I achieved financial independence, and am now continuing to grow my portfolio. Experience: I currently have 9 properties (29 units) in London (mostly in Old East Village, SoHo, and downtown London). So far, half of my portfolio was purchased directly from owners, without a realtor. Assuming that I remember to update my profile - this may still be accurate!
