Kellen Canfield

I am very motivated and excited about my future in Real Estate. Originally from the midwest, I recently moved to Kauai after spending four years in Oahu, HI. In 2018 I quit my full time job with the DoD and am now investing in Real Estate full time. I have focused more on mainland investments lately, and am starting a tiny home sales business in the Kauai market. My current investing strategy is flipping properties on the mainland from afar and use proceeds to buy multifamily buy and hold rentals. For the tiny homes, I am getting everything in place to start marketing and building our first model here in Kauai.
