I am a buy-and-hold real estate investor from Denver, Colorado. From a young age, my father emphasized the importance of investing in real estate, so I bought my first property at the age of 22. I currently own two long term rentals in Wheat Ridge, and have recently started exploring out of state options. My husband is a lender, so the two of us make a pretty good team.
