I'm a full time MD-PhD student who started investing in real estate with my fiancé. We bought our first home and investment together in 2018. Since then, we added another investment property to our portfolio, bringing our total units up to 4, one of which we live in. Our main interest is investing in buy & hold properties, however, we are also interested in branching out into fix and flip properties in the future. I have full intentions of becoming a practicing physician, however my goal is to have our properties provide a stable income, so that I can be free to practice medicine how I choose and not be limited by salary.
