I have been investing in Real Estate for almost 30 years and am a licensed Realtor in the states of Tennessee and Georgia. I bought my first investment property at the ripe old age of 17 (which I still own). In the years since, he has been involved in numerous aspects of real estate including building spec and custom homes, rehabbing (flipping), buy and hold (rentals), financing (owner-financing, land contracts, lease option/purchases, rent to own, etc), 1031 exchanges, tax-lien properties, bank owned properties, short sales, wholesaling, investing using self-directed IRAs, land/lot subdivision, mobile homes and mobile home communities and buying foreclosure sale properties. I've owned as many as 70 rental units at a time and has served as a mentor/consultant to new and existing investors alike. My current interest is the acquisition of positively cash flowing commercial properties including but not limited to strip centers, self-storage, industrial/logistical space, lease backs, NNN, multi-family and the like.
