Hi! I've been a Property Manager for just over 4 years and am currently working as the on-site manager of a Class A 100-unit apartment complex for Windsor Communities. I started in PM part-time managing SFRs and small multi-families, but decided to go full-time in 2018. I love PM and have experience managing Class A, B, and C properties, as well as Section 8, LIHTC (low-income housing/tax credit), and market rate units. I own one rental unit at this time (a condo) and am looking to purchase small- to mid-sized multi-family properties to buy and hold.
