2023 update: 8 units and 4 kids now. We love our life and are having a blast in our REI journey! 2021 update: Up to 7 rental units and 3 kids. We’ve been busy. 2016 Bio Update: After getting married late last year, my husband & I bought our second property in February. (Setting goals really does work!) After necessary updating/remodeling we'll have an additional 2 rental units to add to our portfolio. Slow but steady wins the race. Early 2015: I just purchased my first home and really loved the experience. After exploring the real estate industry a bit, I like the idea of being able to make money while providing a necessary service for people. I occasionally attend local REIA meetings. My goal is to continue learning in 2015 and buy a second property in 2016. I have a lot to learn!
