New to REI and very excited. Decided to take this concept of investing and go forth. Stage 1 is the 1st quarter of 2015. Learn, ask, absorb. I am reading everything and listening to the podcasts. Like the suggestion, creating my business plan (it will be just about a single page, so not a way to avoid stage 2). I'm defining my "why", trying on different ideas of what type of investments are a good fit for me, my needs, wants and family. Stage 2 is the 2nd quarter of 2015. Take action. That simple. By the end of the 2nd quarter, a purchase (buy and hold is likely my arena) will be had. That may take a ton of offers, but I am determined to be in action. Stage 3 - Work my business plan. Part of my plan is to create a 5 year guide/goals. Stay focused and get it done.
