Hello! I am an investor living in Phoenix, AZ. I have a fourplex in Phoenix and a Scottsdale single family home in my investment portfolio. Short term goal: add at least 1 more property to my portfolio by end of 2023. Either multifamily or STR. Long term goal: financial independence by 2030 or sooner!
