Im a investor from Toronto , investing in several markets Greater Toronto Area, (U.S.) Cleveland and Gary,Indiana I Started with student rental houses by University of Waterloo(Waterloo,Ont) , 9 bedroom rooming house & 4 bedroom townhouse @ York University (Toronto,Ont) After 10 yrs sold our student rental single family house near UOIT/Durham College 4 bedroom was a licensed student house(Oshawa,Ont) and our last acquired property Toronto area (Oshawa) triplex multi unit property 2018 First Live Auction in Lake County Indiana. 2019 First deeds for properties bid in 2018 2020 January My 1st U.S real estate sale via Quit claim deed 2020 Added 6 more properties... 1 Rehab =completed (Cleveland)
