Kelsy Soderlund

I have had a special interest in real estate since my first job as a house painter, when I fell in love with the unique Queen Ann Victorians of downtown Seattle, where I grew up. I bought my first investment property in 2014, a kit cabin in a rural town, and have since dabbled in other investment strategies, including wholesaling, house hacking, flipping, mobiles homes, and notes. I began my career as a home inspector in 2019 so I could apply my passion for homes, particularly old ones, to my daily life and help others make informed decisions when it comes to their properties.
