Kelvin Lozano

Hey, my name is Kelvin! I'm married, no kids yet, went to school at Iowa State for Engineering, now work for Procter & Gamble in Iowa City. I dipped my toe into real estate investing back in 2015 and decided not to commit. Instead, we paid off all consumer debt, invested in stocks, and travelled around for 3 months straight. That brings us to today, late 2017. As my wife and I review our goals, real estate investing has come up again. What's different this time is that we feel great about our financial foundation and are now ready to commit to this!
