I invest in rental properties to create housing opportunities for homeless veterans. I became an accidental landlord in 2011 while serving in the US Air Force, and I got hooked on real estate. From 2012-2014 I became a full-time real estate agent. I did an old school apprenticeship working with a team of agents, and got put in the driver’s seat for over $54M in real estate sales in the Boston area. After that I started working with military veterans to help them access the benefits and services they’ve earned and deserve. I leveraged my connections in the real estate industry to invite the Greater Boston Real Estate Board to contribute to ending chronic veteran homelessness in the City of Boston. Now I invest in rental properties so I can continue to help homeless veterans. Nobody who served our country should have to live on the streets.
