About myself
I'm Ken, I have a recently bought a triplex in Tahoe and have debt service and bills about $650 a month after rents are collected. I live in on unit while renovating it and plan to switch units with one of my tenants so I can continue remodeling each unit. My next goal is a minimum 3bed 2bth home that has high upside as a profitable vacation rental. I also have an interest in storage units and RV &/or mobile home parks. Above all I am interested in getting out of the "Rat Race"! El Dorado County / Reno / Carson City / Sacramento
