Financially astute and well rounded life long learner, currently working as project manager as my primary occupation. I leverage my project management expertise and financial experience within buy and hold SFR real estate, Medium Term rental strategy, note investing, multi-family investing via SDIRA and always open to new investment strategies. Background Experience: I became an unintentional land lord when I moved to Houston, Texas for a job within Texas Medical Center, but didn't want to sell my home in Colorado. This was a great experience and opened my eyes to the possibilities and opportunities in real estate. After the favorable experience of renting my primary home, I invested in out of state SFR's in Indianapolis and Jacksonville with a long term perspective on real estate investments and planned to acquire more out of state... But....its important to evaluate investment strategies to fit your lifestyle, goals and what markets will allow. I have gone through 1031 exchanges moving out of state properties close to home in Colorado Springs incorporating long term buy and hold and mid-term rental strategy. To diversify strategies, I began an intense study of note investing through the use of Self-directed IRA with JV Partners and now incorporate this strategy in SDIRA and expanded to multi-family investments and JV partnerships into rent by room strategy. Looking forward to many years investing, forming new relationships and helping others along the way achieve financial independence.
