Photographer by trade but always been interested in Real Estate. My family always had a rental or two floating around and I saw how that helped them get by when times were tough. Now it is my turn to help my family financially thru real estate. I want buy and hold to be my long term goal for financial freedom and generational wealth. I am not opposed to doing fix and flips. I am also a transactional lender for short term funding for Earnest Money Deposits and double closes, downpayments, and short term Reno funding. 30-60 day turn around is ideal. I can also wrangle some other lending for bigger deals.
