Kenneth Blacow

I am a 5th generation Key Wester called a Conch. My family has lived on the island since the mid 1800's just after it was bought from Spain. My ancestors purchased some land and several houses and commercial units on the property. In the 1960's my family split a couple of the units into multi-family properties. In October 2016 I inherited two properties with a total of 5 units. I am also a partner in another family partnership that holds a commercial property in the shopping district in Key West with 5 units. I am interested in expanding our holdings and buying more multi-family properties in other Florida and Georgia communities, but I have others to convince before that happens. I continue to listen to the podcasts and study all that I can absorb.
