In 2015 I became an accidental Househacker. In 2018 ~ I discovered BP and have listened to 259 hours of BP and related F.I. podcasts. This same year, have been reading and trying to digest about 20 of the popular books on real estate and money. This self education, has inspired me to treat our upstairs rental unit like a business, and a model for how to purchase our next investment property. My goal is to create more and more passive income, and include my children in the process. My eldest, was 14 years old when he installed most of the Allure flooring in our rental. This summer, I began attending Darren Sager's amazing meetups. I've been receiving MLS alerts for a couple months, and began analyzing deals last week. I am grateful for the seemingly limitless resources within Biggerpockets. Thank You Josh, Brandon, David, Mindy, Scott et al.
