I have been in real estate and residential construction for 18 years and 24 years, respectively. My primary business has been the listing and sell of residential properties and new remodels of existing structures as well as building additions and ground up construction of Spec Homes. I have never built out residential large developments due to the insurance costs and manpower needed. I have had success, prior to the 2007 Real Estate Bubble, owning & managing family duplexes and single family rental properties but I am ready to initiate my 2nd phase of Investing in Los Angeles County and Dallas, TX (DFW areas) to build a portfolio legacy for my family. I obtained my CA General Contractor License - #777438 in 2000 and incorporated my company in 2006 in order to work in states outside of California.
