I’m a business owner in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and my family operates established childcare and early-learning centers in Aubrey and Sanger, Texas. My background is in day-to-day business operations, including managing employees, facilities, budgets, maintenance, vendors, and property-related decisions. That experience has taught me to evaluate opportunities from both the real estate and operating-business sides. I’m focused on commercial real estate, childcare properties, land, small multifamily properties, and value-add opportunities in Denton County and the greater DFW area. I’m also interested in seller-financed opportunities and SBA-financed acquisitions when the structure and fundamentals make sense. I’m taking a careful, long-term approach as I expand into real estate investing.
