I have been actively working in real estate for 18 years, the first 12 as a licensed agent, though concentrating on helping people save their home through a loan modification. As a result, I have been wholesaling and flipping homes for those that cannot qualify for a loan modification. I work full time in the industry & I am always happy to help. As a result, I am currently helping train individuals learn how to find the deal, wholesale & to flip. All for FREE, though I do charge just a percentage of the deals I help you close. No pay, no charge, thus no exuberant fees that some "educational" companies demand.
