Kenneth Picha

I grew up in and have returned to the St. Louis area. I am a military pilot who is retiring next year and will be a full-time real estate investor. I have rehabbed the various homes I have lived in throughout my military career. Additionally, I have acquired two rental properties and I am now expanding to multi-family rentals. With my military career coming to a close real estate investing will be my full-time job. My areas of focus are from my knowledge of having lived in these areas and as a pilot I believe in the hub and spoke model. My primary concentration of real estate investment is in the St. Louis area's of Illinois and Missouri. I also market in Tacoma Washington and Milwaukee Wisconsin.
