Two years ago I moved into a "transitional" neighborhood. I had been assured by the realtor, that things were "coming back". Shortly after purchasing my home, I discovered that almost all the homes in a two block radius, were "investor owned" homes. To my chagrin, the neibhborhood has steadily declined. I wasted my money moving into a ghetto. All caused by "investors".
