Kenneth Tate

Hi! My name is Ken, i'm from Detroit,Mi and currently a new member of the BiggerPockets real estate investing family. I have always had a desire to invest in real estate, so i'm looking forward to learning and meeting lots of seasoned investors and newcomers. My short term goal is to earn $4,250 a month in passive income within the next 3 years. I plan on accomplishing this goal by investing in single and small multifamily homes using the buy and hold and hybrid strategies. I'm so excited; wish me luck!
