I'm a Colorado native and currently a corporate financial professional focused on advising lower middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, and strategic advisory assignments. Some of my passions include wealth creation and passive income strategies, real estate investing, financial transaction structuring and analysis. I work to fund my real estate goals and my most expensive hobby... triathlons.
