10 years down the road I want to have a surplus of properties that I will have under my belt. I want cash flow to begin with, the first two years of my journey, then I will be looking at appreciating markets (Los Angeles) Beginning my journey with rentals and BRRRR’s to climb up the equity and cash flow ladder. Midwest is my focus now, in the beginning but will shift to my main home town, Los Angeles. By the age of 30 I want to be “Retired” and live the lifestyle we all want to live.
