Writing this in February 2021. Been investing in real estate since late 2017 and started off in my journey by hearing about BiggerPockets. Took the time to educate myself and a few years later have had some success and am grateful for the wealth of knowledge on this site. Currently focused on single family flips to gain active income along with my sales career, and then funnel that income into medium to large multifamily or mixed use or mobile home parks. We recently closed on a 7 unit apartment complex and have a 10 unit mixed use complex under contract to close in March. After those two commercial investments, we'd like to get into a 20 unit plus commercial project while continuing to earn active income.
