Rental Property Investor
My wife and I are in our early 30s and looking to beef up our retirement cash flow through rental property. Umbrella drinks on the beach are not cheap. We currently live in Denver, CO and looking at investing from afar as the market here is a little above what we are comfortable with starting out. Our overall goal is to manage a few multi-family properties in the major metro cities like OKC, DFW, Santa Fe ect.
