Novice investor with four out-of-state rental properties purchased from turnkey companies. Experience: Number of rental properties: 1 (June 2017) 2 (December 2017) 3 (February 2018) 4 (July 2018) Real Estate Goals: I hope to accumulate properties at a steady rate. I thought one per year was pretty good at first. However, I'm still in my first twelve months and have three properties! Currently Seeking: to expand my real estate portfolio!
