I've been involved in residential housing for about 20 years. I have built from the ground up, remodeled, finished basements, specialized in custom handrails and other custom woodworking. Pretty much seen and done it all. That includes a 5 year stint as a residential loan officer. So I have a decent grasp on the escrow and lending side as well, and know the REAL reason why the "Underwriter needs additional documentation" lol. It took a while, but it finally dawned on me that I may have some skills that would be valuable in real estate investing. So I'm going for it!
