While spending time as a finance student at THE Ohio State University, I stopped to think about how much rent our landlord was collecting and how that rent multiplied for each property he owned...it was then, I realized the power of Real Estate. After graduating, I got a corporate job in the technology industry and have moved across the country a few times. Currently residing in Austin TX. Still new to the investing world and am really cutting my teeth on a BRRRR/House Hack.
