Real estate investor with 4 years listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast with two successful deals under my belt. I live in Atlanta, Georgia and am looking to expand out of the county with my next purchase. I have a project management and civil engineering background and am looking to get into renovating a house for my next project. I have partnered on the deals with a friend of mine, he runs the accounting I manage the properties. I was able to find the deals off market and was able to purchase them 20% below market value. I am currently looking for a new deal for an airBNB rental and would be interested in hearing from anyone looking to partner on the deal, or a wholesaler that has a good lead. Experience: I have purchased a residential home that will be turned into a rental, one studio rental, one studio rental coming within the next six months.
