Dear All, I am into all sorts of investment. I diverse my investment into real estate, stock, crowd funding, and 401/403 retirement account. Different investment vehicles have its own pro and cons. They are different tools to reach your goal in the life, all depending on how you use them. Real estate to me is a stable method to reach financial freedom early. 401/403 investment give me a nice tax shelter and allows me to borrow "my own" money to invest real estate. Stock adds high-risk portfolio among other stable investment with fast growth if you play it right. Crowdfunding provides another potential passive income, and I invest it when I have spare money and have no place to put them. Besides as an investor, I am also an assistant professor/senior medical physicist at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland. I devote myself to radiation therapy to fight cancer. I have a PhD in Physics with strong problem solving and data analysis skill. I have my own research team and group. I am a detail-orientated person with an aggressive personality.
