I'm a true multipotentialite with interests in real estate, education, creative arts, and permaculture. My philosophy is to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem. I'm a wife, mother, artisan, beekeeper, businessperson. I love books, movies, gardens, and paint samples. Experience: We own three single family homes as rentals and are currently implementing a self-sustaining cash flow system (flips and BRRRRS). I also am a real estate agent who helps investor and retail clients meet their goals. Real Estate Goals: I aim to sow into communities by redeeming rundown homes and restoring them. Along the way, I plan to work toward financial freedom to give my family more opportunities. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking properties in my area that need cosmetic (or slightly more) updates. I also am taking on retail and investor clients to help them meet their homeownership goals.
