KerryAnn Fuller Rainey

Real Estate Advisor located in Clearwater, Florida, serving the greater Tampa Bay Area. I work with investors looking for properties to use as income producing properties (flips or rentals), as well as residential sales, representing both buyers and sellers. I am also a financial consultant helping individuals and families organize their finances, establish a budget (or a "plan" for those afraid of the "B" word) to get out of the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle, and make smart choices moving forward. Goals: My goal is to become a real estate investor myself acquiring rentals for passive income. Build my portfolio. Member, City of Clearwater Code Advisory Board
