Hello, My name is Kerry Pangan 26 years old born in the Philippines migrated to the United States in 2007. Elementary all the way to community college I didn’t have much interest in what I was studying. It was only until the pandemic where I was let go to realize that I didn’t want to rely on a job for financial security. So while on unemployment I educated my self on passive income specifically in the world of real estate. So January 2020 I bought my first 2 unit duplex to house back. Now I’ve practically eliminated my biggest expense, it’s time to figure out how to scale and grow myself. I created a quote for myself “I work to get rid of my job”.
