When I started in the electrical trade eleven years ago, my teacher at the time said to always look over your shoulder and watch all the other trades. That way you will learn what the pros do. I know I have a good grasp on how a construction site works. I have been running projects for 7 years. Now I want to learn everything about the business side. I have a passion for real estate, buying houses, making them beautiful, and turning a profit, and also buying multifamily properties to build a portfolio.
