My wife and I own 4 rental properties (6 doors) in addition to our primary residence, and due to a number of circumstances, we have not been as active in REI over the last 2 years or so as as we would have liked. We are currently buy and hold LTR investors, but looking to possibly expand into STR's along and potentially other REI areas, but most importantly, networking with other's in my general area. With a W2 job, recent move which including the complete gutting and remodel of a 1925 bungalow as our personal residence, and other distractions, have sloooowly come to the realization that REI is not a solo sport if you want to stay energized, excited, and keep the ball moving forward!
