Multifamily Investor from California. I started out in 2014 with a duplex in Gardena California, then late 2018 I purchased my first OOS Triplex in Florida after finding BP. I am a commercial refrigeration technician by trade. I have been in HVAC field for 9 years. I earn a strong w2 slarary and have great credit . I spend most of my travel time with e books and pod cast. Focused on learning everyday . I'm the sole provider for a family of 4 and feel blessed to be able to do so , especially in Los Angeles . This is definitely a two income type of market . For 2019 I plan to create new relationships that can benefit both parties & acquire at least 5 more doors .
