I currently work full-time as a Process Safety Engineer but have been working my way towards full-time real estate for the past couple of years. I own a local direct-to-seller company Brilliant Day Homes, to purchase rentals off-market as well as wholesale. Focused on self-improvement, growth, and giving. Looking to connect with other real estate investors on the journey. I'll add a bit I read a while back that has stuck with me - There are two basic forms of regret: 1. One looks forward - consider something you want to do like start a business, change careers, etc. - and you might think about how much you might regret that decision if it doesn't work out. 2. One looks backward - on the business you didn't start, the job you didn't take, the move you didn't make. We don't usually regret the things we did, because even our biggest mistakes can eventually be overcome. What we regret are the things we didn't do.
