Experience: I purchased my primary house back in 2008 as an investment and lived in it until last year. I then moved in to a 1 bedroom house and leased mine out. About 6 years ago now me and a friend flipped a house. I wouldn't mind flipping another one sometime in the future if possible. Real Estate Goals: To own 75-100 rental units and 3 or 4 vacation rentals. Currently Seeking: A mentor(s) who is/are willing to teach someone that is willing to learn how to find great deals on properties.
