Started interesting in 2006 in Houston, TX. Most of my deals were buy and hold deals purchased via hard money loans. Over the years I sold a few of my properties. I’m back in acquisition mode with a focus in the Houston TX, New Orleans, LA and Hagerstown, MD areas.
